This puts you in the Seagrove Beach area of Santa Rosa Beach, one of the more relaxed stretches of 30A, where you’ll find a mix of longtime local businesses, vacation homes, cafes, and restaurants tucked among the coastal vegetation. Café Thirty-A and The Perfect Pig are nearby, while Seagrove Village MarketCafe gives the area a more old-school village feel. You’re also close to the beach and the Timpoochee Trail, the paved path that runs along 30A and makes biking a popular way to explore the surrounding communities. Seaside is just a short trip away when you want more shops, dining, and activity.

A car is the easiest option for exploring beyond the immediate Seagrove area, and guests can also use bikes or golf carts for shorter trips along 30A, with the Timpoochee Trail providing a convenient route between nearby communities. Beach parking is available at several regional accesses in Seagrove, including Santa Clara and Eastern Lake, although spaces can be limited during busy periods. Walton County also operates Beach Park and Ride service from designated lots to select beach accesses, which can be handy when you’d rather leave the car parked.
