The entire property via self check-in will be at your disposal!
I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It's up to you! If needed, I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival as well.
The area around Timber Creek feels tucked into the woods, with tall pines, quiet cabins, and just enough space between neighbors to give you that private, peaceful vibe people come to Broken Bow for. Most of the homes nearby are newer vacation cabins, so you’ll see a mix of couples and small families coming and going for weekend getaways rather than full-time residents. It’s generally very safe and calm, especially at night, with the occasional deer wandering through or wildlife sounds in the background. You won’t find shops or restaurants within walking distance, but you’re only a short drive from Hochatown where all the action is—so it’s a nice balance of seclusion and convenience.
Getting around is pretty straightforward, but you’ll definitely want your own car—there’s no real public transportation in the area, and rideshares can be limited or inconsistent. Most places you’ll want to go, like restaurants, breweries, the lake, and hiking trails, are just a short drive away. Parking is easy almost everywhere, including at restaurants and attractions, and you won’t have to deal with traffic like in bigger tourist towns. It’s the kind of place where you head out for a bit during the day, then come back to the cabin to relax for the evening.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot. The area does not offer RIDE SHARE (UBER, LYFT) maybe one day soon! If you want to explore HOCHATOWN be sure to pay close attention to your driving locations. Hochatown has some awesome forest and lake views. If you go off paved roads, I highly recommend you have a vehicle that can handle the terrain, 4x4 or AWD preferred.
😎 What’s Broken Bow, OK all about?
Broken Bow is one of those places you go when you want to slow things down and actually enjoy being outside without giving up comfort. The area is known for its tall pine forests, clear water, and a mix of low-key adventure and easy relaxation—you can spend the morning hiking or out on the lake, then grab a good meal or a drink in Hochatown without it feeling crowded or overbuilt. It’s especially popular for couples and small groups because it strikes that balance of feeling tucked away in nature while still having wineries, breweries, and solid restaurants nearby.

The cabin was very clean and organized. It sat against a nice area of trees and had enough space between the neighbors. The cabin provided every essential needed for our 4 night stay. The bedroom and bathroom were nice and large with a huge shower! Great for couples looking for a cozy place to stay.
The good - Beautiful cabin and VERY spacious for two people. Great outside deck area. AC worked great, good water pressure. Great secluded neighborhood. Cabin far enough away from other properties and noises. Good Wi-Fi. The bad - As stated, mold in shower and tile grout in bathroom and shower was noticeably dirty. Kitchen sink was dirty and still had old food particles from prior guest. Cobwebs in ceiling. Overall, they need a better housekeeping company. At the bottom of a VERY STEEP hill so it takes a little effort to walk out to your car or to street should you have mobility issues. Driveway is stone and gravel, so NO wheelchairs or walkers.
I loved this cabin. Everything about it. I could absolutely live here. I can’t wait to come back
