The beach access was blocked off due to construction across street which was not Nolan's fault but you should  know beach access is not right in front of house or to the right like we were told. And again totally not the owners fault. You have to walk to the end of the street and then walk down the beach, its public beach access there so pretty crowded. I thought the beach access was closer, that's why we decided on this house and I was disappointed by that. The house was amazing though 5 stars on house! They had every thing you would need for on the beach like chairs, tent, and toys! Even had a wagon for you to get everything there!  If you are wanting close beach access this isn't it. If you want a beautiful house close to beach and very nice owner this is it." (10/5)
