This part of Hochatown is known for its wooded cabin communities, where you'll find a mix of vacation homes, family retreats, and visitors enjoying everything Broken Bow has to offer. The area feels tucked into the pines while still being close to popular spots like The Maze of Hochatown, Mountain Fork Brewery, Girls Gone Wine, Beaver's Bend Brewery, and local restaurants. It's common to see deer, squirrels, and other wildlife passing through, and evenings tend to be quieter than the busier commercial areas. Most people in the area are visitors enjoying outdoor activities, lake days, hiking, fishing, UTV adventures, and time with family and friends.

Getting around Broken Bow and Hochatown is easiest by car, as most attractions, restaurants, breweries, trailheads, and lake access points are spread throughout the area. Public transportation is very limited, and rideshare availability can vary depending on the time of day and season, so having your own vehicle is recommended. Parking is generally plentiful at restaurants, attractions, breweries, Beavers Bend State Park, and Broken Bow Lake, making it easy to explore different parts of the area during your stay.

I booked a last minute trip while my sister was in Oklahoma visiting from Portland. We absolutely loved Nolan’s cabin- beautiful property with excellent amenities! It’s very quiet and private. I would highly recommend this property!!

We had a wonderful stay here! The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Even though it’s on the smaller side—especially the living area—it never felt cramped. It actually made the space feel warm and inviting, and it was a great place to spend quality time together as a family. Our kids absolutely loved the teepee in the backyard. It was such a fun surprise and ended up being one of their favorite parts of the trip. We also really enjoyed spending time on the patio and walking through the surrounding woods. The way the cabin is tucked in among the trees makes it feel peaceful, secluded, and a little magical. Everything was well organized, and we had a great experience from start to finish. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy family getaway!
