The cabin sits in a quiet pocket of Hochatown where you'll find a mix of newer vacation cabins tucked among the pines on spacious wooded lots. Within a short drive, you'll be close to local favorites like Mountain Fork Brewery, Grateful Head Pizza Oven & Tap Room, Abendigo's Grill & Patio, and Hochatown Coffee Central. The area has a relaxed, outdoorsy feel, with visitors and cabin owners making up much of the activity throughout the year. Expect peaceful mornings, plenty of trees, and easy access to everything that makes the Broken Bow area popular.

Driving is by far the easiest way to explore the area. Most restaurants, breweries, shops, trailheads, and Broken Bow Lake are just a short drive away, and parking is readily available at the cabin as well as most local attractions. Public transportation and rideshare options are very limited, so having your own vehicle is the best way to enjoy everything Hochatown and Broken Bow have to offer at your own pace.

Broken Bow is one of those places people come to slow down for a few days and end up wishing they had booked longer. The area is known for its towering pine forests, Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, wineries, breweries, and laid-back cabin culture. You can spend the morning hiking or on the water, grab lunch and a local beer in Hochatown, then end the day watching deer wander through the trees. ✓ Being surrounded by nature, seasonal insects are common in the Broken Bow area despite regular pest treatments.
✓ The cabin is tucked in the woods, so you may see wildlife like deer and occasional insects—pretty normal for the area, especially during warmer months.
✓ We recommend using Google Maps instead of Apple Maps, as Apple Maps can be unreliable in this area of Broken Bow. We’ll also send clear arrival directions.
✓ Firewood isn’t always provided, so you may want to grab some locally for the fire pit. Please fully extinguish fires after use and clean the grill after grilling.
