This cabin sits in a quiet pocket of the Hochatown area surrounded by tall pines, large cabin properties, and direct access to the Ouachita National Forest trail system. The neighborhood is popular with visitors coming for ATV riding, hiking, and relaxing outdoors, so it's common to see side-by-sides, boats, and trailers coming and going, especially on weekends. While the setting feels tucked away in nature, you're still just a short drive from Hochatown's restaurants, breweries, wineries, coffee shops, and attractions like Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park.

Having your own vehicle is the easiest way to explore the area since public transportation isn't available around Broken Bow and Hochatown. Most attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, and outdoor activities are within a 10 to 20-minute drive, and the cabin offers plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, boats, trailers, and RVs. If you're bringing ATVs or UTVs, you'll appreciate the nearby trail access, making it easy to spend the day exploring without driving far.

💡 Other things to note

✓ This cabin is surrounded by forest with direct trail access, so packing bug spray and outdoor shoes is recommended for exploring.
✓ Firewood isn't provided for the outdoor fire pit, so bring your own or order some before arrival if you plan on enjoying a fire.
✓ The fireplaces are seasonal and available October through May, while the outdoor fire pit can be enjoyed year-round with your own firewood.
✓ The cabin is tucked in the woods, so you may see wildlife like deer and occasional insects—pretty normal for the area, especially during warmer months.
✓ We recommend using Google Maps instead of Apple Maps, as Apple Maps can be unreliable in this area of Broken Bow. We’ll also send clear arrival directions.
✓ Firewood isn’t always provided, so you may want to grab some locally for the fire pit. Please fully extinguish fires after use and clean the grill after grilling.
✓ Age requirement: The minimum age to book is 18. We kindly ask that no parties or events are held—any violations may result in immediate termination of the stay.
✓ Fireplaces (indoor & outdoor): Available for use from October 1 – March 31.
✓ Hot Tub Use: The hot tub is professionally cleaned between stays.
✓ Pet Policy: No limit on the number of pets!
